Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 20, 2026 · Questions: info@elarislove.com

This Cookie Policy explains how Elarislove (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our websites or use web-based parts of our Services. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. They often include a unique identifier. We also use:

  • Local storage and session storage — to save preferences or session tokens in your browser.
  • Pixels / web beacons — small images or scripts that help us or partners understand when a page or email was viewed.
  • Mobile advertising IDs — on apps, subject to your device settings (see Section 8).

2. Why we use cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

2.1 Strictly necessary

These are required for the Services to function—for example, to keep you logged in, route traffic securely, prevent fraud, and remember cookie consent choices. They cannot be disabled through our cookie banner if you wish to use authenticated features.

2.2 Functional

These remember choices you make (such as language, region, or UI preferences) so you do not have to re-enter them on every visit.

2.3 Analytics and performance

These help us understand how visitors use the Services (e.g., pages viewed, errors, load times). We may use first-party or third-party analytics tools that set their own cookies. Where required, we will ask for your consent before enabling non-essential analytics.

2.4 Marketing and measurement (if used)

If we run digital advertising or measure ad effectiveness, we or partners may use cookies or pixels to attribute installs or conversions, cap how often you see an ad, or build aggregated audiences. We will only use such technologies where permitted by law and, where required, after you opt in through a consent tool.

3. Examples of cookies (illustrative)

Exact names may change as we update the product. Typical examples include:

  • Session / authentication cookies — maintain your logged-in session; often session-length or up to a few weeks if you choose “remember me.”
  • Security cookies — help detect bots or session hijacking.
  • Preference cookies — store cookie consent state or display settings.
  • Analytics cookies — distinguish unique visitors or sessions for reporting.

For a current list or to exercise rights, contact info@elarislove.com.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are placed by vendors who provide services to us (hosting, analytics, email, customer support, payment, or security). Those third parties are contractually required to use data in line with our instructions and applicable law. Their own privacy policies may also apply.

5. How long cookies last

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period (for example, 30 days to 24 months) depending on their function. We periodically review retention periods.

6. Your choices: browser and industry tools

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block all cookies, parts of the Services (especially sign-in) may not work. Instructions are available in your browser’s help menu.

For advertising cookies, you may use industry opt-out pages where available (for example, the Digital Advertising Alliance or European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance), recognizing that opt-outs may be device- or browser-specific.

7. EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions

Where the ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, UK GDPR, or comparable rules apply, we will obtain your consent before storing or accessing non-essential cookies or similar technologies on your device, unless a narrow exemption applies. You can withdraw consent at any time through our cookie settings or by clearing cookies and revisiting the site.

8. Mobile applications

Our mobile apps may use SDKs that access advertising IDs or device identifiers. You can limit ad tracking in iOS settings (App Tracking Transparency) or reset advertising IDs in Android settings. Essential app functions do not rely on advertising IDs.

9. Do Not Track

There is no consistent industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals. We treat privacy choices through our cookie banner, account settings, and applicable legal opt-out rights as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change our practices or the law evolves. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be highlighted in-product or by email where appropriate.
